FEES:
$40.         Items 1-8    Consultations in the offices or over the phone
$55.         Item  9-10   Annual assessment, review of portfolio, letter to parents or school officials
$125.       Item 11      Standardized Testing, 3 choices: KTEA;   PIAT, R;  DATA
$17-$54  Item 12      Parent training workshops,  student workshops
$425        COMPLETE Access to all of our services per child for one full year September 1 - August 31.
