Homeschooling
One family who came to us for help owned a real estate company. He set up his 11-year-old daughter with her own separate desk at his office and began homeschooling.
When he'd go on sales calls, the ladies in the office would assist the girl with her work and answer her questions. When she finished her school work, this homeschooling girl make copies, stapled sets, collated papers, put stamps on envelopes, folded sales fliers, and so on.
She loved it, and she learned from the people who actually made their livings at their jobs.
One day, her dad took a hint from staff, and he announced that she had done such a good job in the office, that now she could even answer the phones if she wanted!
She was delighted!
