Pg 076: Meatloaf with cheese

Jane is our bookkeeper, a busy lady, recently elected to the public school committee.
She plans the meals for the nights she’s out at meetings.
One day she prepared a meatloaf for the family meal. She would be away, but she was sure her husband could handle putting the meatloaf in the oven for an hour and serving a hot dinner to the two children.
When she arrived home later that night, she asked how things had gone there.... Her husband remarked at how GOOD that meatloaf was -- especially with that new cheese on the top. “Cheese? What cheese?"
It appears that her husband had taken the meatloaf out of the refrigerator, kept the aluminum foil on top, and put it in the oven -- so far so good. Except UNDER the aluminum foil, Jane had also stretched a sheet of plastic wrap over the meatloaf. Guess it tasted pretty good!
