When my child leaves home, he cannot possibly know everything he will need to know as an adult.
The best I can do is to teach him where to find what he’ll need to know as an adult.

One bright homeschooled student appeared on TV and was asked by some wise-cracking reporter, “Do you know the signers of the Declaration of Independence?"
The smart homeschooler replied, “I know where to find the names of the men who signed the Declaration of Independence."
Walking around with a limited number of facts in your head is just that -- limited. Knowing where to find the facts is unlimited!
