Pg 017: Berlin Wall

 

Remember the Berlin Wall?  Remember what happened when it was torn down -- remember which way the overwhelming flow was -- people rushed from the restricted side to the free side.

 

What would happen if the “walls” of the schools disappeared?  Which way would the flow be -- would more people flood into the public schools?  Or would it be a mass exodus from the public schools?

 

What do they know?  What can we learn?
